Hey everyone,
Recently bought the Opencomm UC by Shokz as a work headset, it's great, but just wondering if anyone knows if it's compatible with Genesys Cloud Web interface Softphone as I can't seem to be able to answer calls with the dedicated multifunction button.
If not I'll need to return them and grab a jabra which would be a shame as I like the bone conduction technology
