  • Nice find. Ill wait for the 83" G2

  • Delivery options are poor

  • the first digit has to be a 4 since it would be be a size downgrade for me…4999 and I'll bite.😁

  • I am currently heavily comparing this to a G2, looks like only the sound 40W\60W
LG say "G2 is a TV Gallery and that it includes a slender bracket that has a more aesthetically pleasing and wall-design-like appearance."
I guess you are also paying an additional $3k for the additional 4yr parts replacement

    • G2 is a brighter panel and designed for wall mounting.

G2 looks pretty amazing, but that's a lot of money.

I'm seriously thinking of buying 4 x 42" of the $1270/$1288 deal. 84" works out to be $5,150ish but prob need some device to share signal across all 4 to help extend displays.

I was thinking of buying a G2 83. But ended with qn90b 85. When I saw it in the showroom, apart from a tiny bit blooming which is barely noticeable in real content, the TV looked like a masterpiece for half the price.

If an 83 inch QDOLED was available, I would have definitely save some more and bought it. But for some reason I couldn't justify spending $10k on WOLED.

There is a good chance I might get downvoted. It doesn't matter. Just go-to a showroom check both of them side by side and then decide if it's worth double the price.

    Thanks mate, bought 10

  • Not well versed with the tv technologies so trying to understand what specific specs makes this tv so exciting expensive compared to others in say 2-2.5K price range?

  • I wonder if JB hifi would match this price pls, anyone had experience pls?

  • Checked Harvey Norman, 7995 for TV and 10% gift card. Roughly the same price, if u need anything else from HN.
Or they're happy to price match but without gift cards.
