My jacket has a broken zip. I already get RA number from their website.
But I just check the postage cost, it's around $16 (sea international).
Are they going to send me a new one and refund my postage cost?
Actually, I don't like the quality of that jacket too after the broken zip.
Can't they refund or give some credit instead?

yes am currently trying for a refund for 2*vans shoes as they sent wrong size and they will not commit to refund the postage cost of $84 - they just do not answer the messages. am thinking about getting american express involved as that is the card i used. I am currently down $130. We ordered size 11 soes and they sent size 12 as uk & us have different sizes

When you purchase things on Ebay with Paypal - the return shipping costs are the buyers responsiblity. I would imangine this would translate and the retailer would have no obligation to pay for return shipping costs, especially from overseas. Some good sellers would probably pay for it for you (or offer a refund) to keep good customer service, but I would be surprised if they are obligated to you.
Also seamail to the UK can take upto 12 weeks to arrive.
It sounds like this is a transaction to chalk up on the "you lose some" side of the internet deals ledger. It can be a real hassle to return stuff, make sure they've got it, credited your account or sent a replacement, sometimes even to contact the company.
Unless the jacket was extremely expensive, you'd be better off binning it. Otherwise get a local tailor to fix the zip.
Unless you have paid alot of money for it I would just bite the bullet and write it off, I`ve been through the return process when I lived in the UK and it was hard work getting a refund then.
