I always get both normal and sunnies from specsavers. I’ve never had any issues with the quality. I have pairs from 10+ years ago that are still great (thankfully my script hasn’t changed).

I get mine from specsavers because I've got health insurance and it's within the annual allowance. Not sure how cheap you want though but specsavers starts at about $99.
visiondirect, first they're a lot cheaper than what you get in stores and second, if you play with discount right you'll get 120-140% coverage from health fund.

You could shop around, but I'd somewhat recommend not going cheap. Go to a reputable store/optometrist as the item you're wanting to buy is for your eyes - not something you'd want to cause damage to by going cheap cheap.
