I just bought a few bags and was expecting free shipping for over $70 with the black Friday deal but it didn't work

  • Tried 4 bean blends from them and i can say their Dr Chan's Elixir is a top notch! smooth, aromatic and cut through milk very well. shame shipping cost is on high side.

    • Thanks very much, Dr Chans is one of our more popular blends. Shame shipping costs keep rising for small businessess :(

  • wow over $70+ chosen but free shipping not applied….. this is a letdown.

  • I can picture someone counting individual coffee beans….. 1,2,3,4……. ok so they got 300 coffee beans, now to count the free ones.
I know it's done by weight, but the title does say 'buy 1 get 1 free'…. if you buy a 500g bag, get the free bag but has 10 less beans (even though they're the same weight), does that mean you have grounds (no pun intended) for a refund or something? Like false advertising

    • Points for creativity but it seams like a lot of effort to go to.

  • Dr Chans elixer is great! worth paying for delivery at bogof.

    • Thanks very much - it's named after our Master Roaster Alan Chan :)

  • Wish you wouldn't use Sendle, they're so slow to deliver. I ordered on 25/11 and still in-transit.
We ran out of our previous beans 3 days ago and getting coffee withdrawal, was expecting imminent arrival otherwise if I'd have known would have bought a stop-gap supply locally.
When I order from other major roasters interstate I often receive within 2 or 3 working days.
