Made a few Cashrewards purchases end of last week, all of which were tracked immediately in the app and email as well ie: liquorland, BWS etc.
Made a big purchase with SONY and nothing so far, 3 days. Should i be worried? I can see the Sony store in my CLICK history.
Was done once before via a redemption site and have never made any big purchases since.

My recent Sony purchase didn't track either. Other stores tracked pretty soon after the order.
After 7 days I was able to put an enquiry in via click history and they manually added it. But I'm not sure if I'll actually get the cashback. It requires Sony to attribute the purchase to Cashrewards and the usual x days wait.
I've seen other comments about Sony purchases not tracking and having to put in manual claims.

Ok. It ssys 1-7 days for Tracking.
I have had mixed experiences with them so far, sometimes it's immediate, other times it takes a few days, but they track eventually. I'd worry a little if it's more than 7 days, keep a screenshot of the purchase/checkout and send a claim after a week. The issue is less about tracking than whether it gets approved, the cashback sometimes gets handled by the vendor in the wrong way and you need to argue that it is valid, that's the part that gives me a headache.
Not tracked since Saturday. Waiting for the 7 days to send manual claim.
Got a response from cashrewards “our team has not received any information from Sony regarding your purchase”. This makes me nervous.
My order from last Monday didn't track. Clicked through app which normally works fine for every other store. Just lodged a claim since 7 days is up. Should be about $250 cashback so hopefully they sort it out.
