@The Judge: Thanks mate so do I!!!! 😬 Doing all I can to get better and getting healthy.. 10kg down weight wise so far… also can’t eat gluten anymore… Removing that made a huge difference… this last 12 months of health problems…. Have been a great kick in the ass for me… so I see it as a huge benefit and positive…
@Prophecy: What do you know about these powdered greens? I hear them sponsoring JRE etc. Never tried them.
@The Judge: I’d say vital greens would be the gold standard… but for me this adds fiber and good nutrition at half the price while getting Oxyglow for free for skin hair and nails… I need the best hair repair I can get… also have been on a keto diet since I got scared off gluten… makes me really sick… so adding in supplements for me currently conservatively is where I’m at…

@The Judge: No I have not! I’ll look into it. I have alopecia areata an Auto immune disorder where my immune system starts to attack foreign or not so much foreign Proteins… super weird. Iv had 3-4 weird auto immune issues where my immune system has gone into overdrive and starting to attack things it isn’t meant to… sure immune suppression steroids help great but they kill you…. Need a long term solution and doing everything I can to find the solutions!
