Beem Payment Issues with Credit/ Debit Cards

I am trying to pay my rego with Beem for CC points but Beem is not accepting any card.
I have used NAB CC and Combank Debit but when I try to verify payment it says internal server error.
For HSBC platinum error comes up as only Australian Cards are accepted.

This has been ongoing for few weeks now , and reply from support is

Thank you for your patience while we look into this.
It appears some bank cards are experiencing issues when making payments.
This is currently being looked into and may take some time. You may choose to try another card if you have one handy in the meantime.

Anyone else facing similar problem.

Also any other way to pay govt fee to get CC points, bundll has limit of $500 only

      Yeh my bad. $2.5 only applies to bpay. Otherwise just regular card surcharge.

        New update: from 30 Jan, no BPay fee for Zip Pay account over $1k limit.

      I just looked at the zip website and it said there's a monthly account keeping fee.

      Or can this be reversed somehow?

    Same issue. They told me to uninstall and reinstall but still getting told I need to click verify your payment and then internal server error.

    I tried the app installing on another phone that has never had beem installed and it had the same problem (internal server error)

      It's their issue and their standard reply. They have put a block on your account. Getting it fixed is a pain. So I stopped using them completely

      to save anyone the hassle, i created a new account on a different mobile device and still had the same issue when trying to pay (internal server error)

    Has anyone had any luck more recently?
    The reply I got was that its a known issue and they're expecting to resolve within 1-2 days.
    I couldn't purchase a gift card either…I wonder if it's a thing you need to have made a transaction or added a friend before you can BPAY or use a cc?

      Certain HSBC Platinum/World Credit cards are not accepted yet on Beemit Systems, all HSBC debit cards are accepted. The error that would come up is somewhere along the line of "Only Australian cards are accepted" When I contacted them again a few months ago they said there's no timeline as of yet to fix it and to try again in about 6 months.

      There's another intermittent issue that I've come across with Beemit where my Bankwest card works sometimes, and fails to process the other times. This happened to me a few times last year and they sort it out 1-2 days from raising a ticket.

        im trying with a bank of melbourne visa cc and a citi mastercard cc neither are working which ive been able to add to my account

    Just tried to pay my rates and got internal server error trying with 3 different bank CCs

    Got my new ubank card, removed the old (which worked fine for years), added the new.

    Went to make a payment, aaaand "internal server error"

    edit: reinstalled app, removed and re-added card, sent a small $10 payment, and now its working again

    I think sometimes the credit card issuer will request verification for some payments. Beem can't handle it and blows up. I find I can make small payments fine, but once I go over a few hundred I get the "internal server error" message.

    First time beem user, I just tried a bpay with an ANZ CC for only $64 and also got the internal server error. And I was having so much hope that this would save me from having to pay CC surcharge

      I get errors with: 1) Payments >$1000 and 2) all new billers. No fix found haven't bothered with contacting them.

      Have moved to ZIP for new billers.

        Thanks mate - I might do the same instead of waiting for beem to fox their issues. Do you use ZIP Pay or ZIP Money? I assume no issues with meeting spend requirement for using CC to pay off ZIP balance? Thanks

          Zip Pay is sufficient. It is up to your card issuer's setting on Zip repayment. Is your Suncorp by Citi(Nab)?

            @oldmate78: Oh ok maybe it's a separate thing from the normal retail purchases then eg when you initially sign up with afterpay you will only be allowed to buy $500 to start off. Wanted to make sure that wasn't the case with zippay's bpay function ie sign up now and immediately pay about a couple thousands in bills without waiting months to build up the limit first.
