Mobile Phone Despatch / Delivery Issue

Hi, seeing all the positive reviews on MobileCiti it leads me to believe that I have been unlucky with my order to them.

Called them and was informed there is a backlog in their warehouse. Understandable but for the fact that my order was put in on a Monday before their same day despatch cut off time and today being Wednesday, it has still not been sent out. I have contacted their rep here in OzB, so hopefully he can help sort this out.

  unbelievable, needs an invesitgation. wasnt like it was busy on the weekend. whats black friday? no one shops then
