    • i am not good at chemist. i just checked the contains by each, it looks very different. any one could explain further please?

      • +1

Hi I am not a lawyer but it appears as if these two products are in fact different. Hope that helps.

    • The dosages are better in the Swisse one with the few that I compared e.g. zinc, magnesium, vit D. You also dont get a few of the herbal ingredients e.g. Ginkgko, ginseng etc in the Centrum one.

  • anyone knows the expiry date for the tablets?

    • +1

Bought one from chemist warehouse a couple of weeks ago, expiry is August 2025.

Recommend anyone taking vitamin supplements like this to watch their vitamin B6 intake as it can cause neuropathy. Was warned about this by my doctor today.

Vitamin supplements largely are a scam guys

    • 100% correct, we die when we die, no need to try to live longer

      • Literally people with long life averages do not take this rubbish.

  • +1

I've had Swisse multi years ago and they tasted so bad, to the point that I just gave up on them. I'd rather die early due to missing vitamins from my bad diet. No problems with the shape or size, it's purely the taste.

Do they still taste that bad?

    • +4

      You don't chew them dude

      • No, not chewing.
I'm still unsure, are you saying they taste fine to you?
Have they improved in the last 10 years?

    • please tell me you didn't chew it

    • +1

I feel you, even without chewing it it leaves a strong medical smell on my mouth

      • yeah, have had these and to me it didn't leave a strong taste/smell, it was very mild to me, nothing compared to the likes of Benadryl

    Fun Fact

High-dose vitamins can turn your pee a bright, almost neon yellow color. The most common culprit is vitamin B2, also known as riboflavin, which is found in most multivitamins. The neon color in pee is just a harmless sign that you're taking more than your body needs, and the excess is mixing with your pee.

      Second fun fact

This is a good thing if you need to flush your body for a drug test. Drink litres and litres of water, some creatine and vitamin B and you should be good to test in a day or so. Drink too much water without creatine and it shows up that you are lacking when you pee. No vitamin B and your pee is clear so the yellow is a good thing.
