This has been going on all COVID!!!

CatchConnect / OPTUS has terrible service, and service area (Melbourne Metro), their LACK OF BANDWDITH???

NOT renewing with these clowns

    Is the response from support post/call or an official complaint made via the web? Is it from catch… well there is the issue catch as it's after sales support is well known to be lacking on OZ bargain.

        Looks pretty passive. Ranting complaints about them on a bargain website they likely will never see.

        Going to their head office to punch the Head of Mobile Reception in the genitals would be a hypothetical example of not passive aggression.

    Not surprising, I had to move away from Lebara which uses the same Optus networks for the same reason
