Need Advice on Commercial Grade Pest Control Spray

Hello Friends,

I see more Spiders, ants and cockroaches at my place. I have sprayed Mortein but no use. Professional pest control are very expensive and not affordable.

So am here requesting fellow ozbargainers to advise me a professional grade pest control spray that covers all pests where I can buy online or in Melbourne?

    These are the ones they use in buildings which you may want to research:-

    Pesticide Products being used to treat the Following:

    • Cockroaches
    • Spiders
    • Rodents

    List of Pesticide Products that maybe used:

    • Maxforce Gel
    • Tempo
    • Ditrac
    • Coopex Dust
    • Generation First Strike

      @ChanS, I've had success with Coopex. You could buy a satchet off Bunnings and dilute and spray.

      Had an infestation of red backs that got sorted after a couple of sprays.

    Spider, ants both indoor and outdoor

    Cockroaches I have seen outside but not indoor as of now.

    Cockroaches looked small and looked like regular ones!

      pounce500 by PCT I've been using it years.rememeber don't kill at once because its impossible.their breeding season already passed and mostly they routed fron neighbours to you. don't overuse especially think of those tiny hands reaching anywhere. work on loose holes and hanging tree branches etc

    I've had good success with this one Mortein Powergard Diy Indoor & Outdoor Insect Surface Spray 2l

    It is much stronger than those cans of pest spray and doesn't stink as strongly as a professional job.

    They often go on sale for around $25. There is also a 1L version with an attached trigger but I've only seen it once in Bunnings and never since.

      BEWARE of that product on rendered houses.
      We tried that last year.
      It stained our house rendering, tried sugar soap wash & Gerni…still will not come off, looking like may need to get the rendering repainted!

    I spray this a couple of times per year with great success (best Borat voice).

    I bought TEMPRID 75 (https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/254504614869). Sprayed around and inside the house a month ago it worked very well. No spiders / ants seen since then.

    Also, we had quite a few indoor plants and tried many solutions to get rid of gnats but no luck. This one worked like a charm, just FYI for others.
