  • Although this actually can provide short-term pain relief thus isn't a total scam, so does using a heat pack. There's no evidence that this treatment works better than other types of heat treatments, but is vastly more expensive.

    • Not the same - for effective red light treatment optical irradiance is very important. Many cheap Red Light devices use cheap LED's with low optical irradiance, essentially giving a light show, but lacking the power for proper penetration. The Photizo Vetcare uses large medical-grade diodes that output an optical irradiance 330mW/cm2.
