Is It Possible to Transfer before The Previous Transfer Is Finished? Boost → Kogan → Boost

I'm on Boost, my sim expires on the 25 of Jan
I want to get the $0 Kogan plan on the 19th of December and transfer it on the 18th of Jan.
Then transfer to this https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/743706 that I would order on the 19th of December
I'm worried that the Kogan transfer may take a few too many days and that I would miss the activation window for the Boost plan (30 days from the 19th)

So could I transfer Boost to Kogan on the 19th and when I get the confirmation that the transfer is in progress, can I just start a transfer to the new Boost?

    I wouldn't be lodging a second port request until the first is complete. Usually they take a short period of time during business hours.

    Porting problems happen - like where the mobile number can't contacted by a particular network after the port. Then you need to escalate to the porting teams and wait for a fix, which sometimes takes time.

      Well that's exactly my fear because I wouldn't want to waste $200 on a delay port

      Oh but now I'm realising the activate within 30 days of order is to get the rewards but I can still activate the sim later right?
