[NSW] Free Ramen for First 300 Customers, Then BOGOF All Day @ IPPUDO Westfield Sydney

680

Can't say no to free ramen

The first 300 customers to Ippudo Westfield can choose from the signature shiromaru, akamaru or karaka-men ramen for free. For first-timers, the shiromaru — Hakata-style ramen with juicy pork loin, crunchy bean sprouts and silky black mushrooms — is the speciality that put Ippudo at the top of the ramen trade. If you like your ramen creamier, opt for the karaka-men and you'll be served a bowl of tonkotsu broth with Ippudo's secret dashi, spicy minced pork miso and pork belly.

But don't worry if you're not one of the first 300 customers. For the rest of the day, they'll be offering a buy-one-get-one-free deal for all ramen on the menu.

        • +2

Not much really though might be huge delays getting new iphones as the workers are too busy climbing over fences to escape the factory that manufactures them iphones.

          • @xoom: I believ tmwhat china does in terms of prison time is agriculture or manufacture iphones kind of make sense cause you are getting free labour ro boost the economy

What is everyone fav Sydney ramen place?

I prefer Menya or Gumshara (diluted broth) over Ippudo.

    • +1

Rara Tonkotsu though I prefer Rara Chan's Gyokai Tsukemen.

    • +1

Hakatamon Ramen. Hands down the most consistent and tasty.

    • Can anyone recommend a good ramen place in the northern end of Sydney CDB?? (Wynyard/Circ Quay)

      • +4

        Torotoro

        • Thanks. Will have to give that a try if ever i am in that area.

I quite like Menya for a quick lunch or dinner after work, but for a bit more upscale I like Gogyo in Surry Hills for their "Tonkotsu Modern" (they're owned by the Ippudo group too). Their garlic and chili spiced edamame is also like crack and their karaage is also on point

      Nissin

    • Kosuke Ramen. (at Newington)

    • I like manupuku or chaco ramen

    • Gumshara, undiluted! I remember asking for the extra fatty broth one time. Took hours for my mouth to return to normal….

  • i have to say after eating alot of ramen in japan nothing here compares…..its just disappointing

    • 100% this, especially since Gaku Robata Grill stopped doing ramen.

  • +1

I am guessing this is eat-in only, no takeaway?

  • I thought the soup suppose to be thick and collagen like Gumshara but feel watered down in Ippudo.

    • Nobody is as thicc as Gumshara

  • Naruto approves of this deal

    • You are going to be needing to use Ninjutsu if you want to get one of the 300 free bowls of ramen.
