Used Acer Predator X34P or New Prism+ XQ340 PRO ?

I can buy used X34P IPS for about $500 or new Prism+ XQ340 PRO QLED for $599

Help me to decide which one to buy.
I use it to watch videos online.

    Prism+ looks like your typical curved VA ultrawide… which isn't bad but I'd go for the Predator if it's only $100 more.
