I've been looking at these types of BBQs and this seems like a great deal. Cheapest I can find elsewhere is $550 delivered from Ebay and Catch has the same model for $699

  Great for roasting, the outer plates are useless as they do not get hot enough and somewhat stew what you put on them. I only use mine for roasts now as it’s just not enough cooking space for steaks etc

      If all the plates got as hot as the middle one, I’d have used it far more I think

    Even with the lid down the outside plates don't get hot?

      They do, but not good searing heat. the burners just need to be higher and they'd be great
