These dry up very quickly due to no cap and the refills will cost more than the cost of this pen.

I bought a Lamy Tipo and found the clip and the grip area are made out of a black plastic that feels cheap. It’s a shame, I like the refills (I live in the tropics and they do get a bit clumpy, but that’s the case for all non-gel pens pretty much) but the Tipo body is a let down.

I’ve been using these for years, they’re brilliant. The barrel threading has eventually come loose on a few but nothing a bit of plumbers tape can’t fix
Refill with Parker G2 which roll well and are a bunch cheaper
