I can't find anywhere to buy door silencers for interior doors. There's a few international listings on amazon.com.au and eBay, but postage times are a killer from overseas.

Seriously. The angular ones fit perfectly in the door jam. Barely see them, work a treat, last forever.
My teenagers have basically given up on slamming doors at this point - not worth the effort.
Just to note, the ones you listed are for steel framed doors, not wood.
