Was looking for a headset for my gf and came across the pink model at this at this price, purchase history shows the base price before coupons was $69 yesterday but is now $55.20.

The Razer Kraken is a pretty good headset for the price. I got one ~$50 too a while back (green one) and have been pretty impressed by it with my only issue being the cable tie being useless (nothing that a spare twisty tie can't fix).
That said, I needed a new work headset for MS Teams and opted for the Arctis 3 with my recent purchase just to try something different.
I would say that if USB connectivity and controls on the cable are important, go for the Kraken as the Arctis 3 (the cheap console edition at least) won't have this.
As for me, I'm curious to see how they compare and if it's inline with comparisons such as the following:
