Will be a good bargain if it's within best before date.

Does it taste like beer, or does it taste like ginger beer?

Lemon myrtle… pfff… bad idea. Lost sight of what it's trying to be.

Beautiful ginger bite. The product is brewed, unlike a lot of ginger beers that are made in a similar way to pre mix!

      • +7

Your website spiel says " a refreshingly easy Ginger Beer… without the bite."

  • Ive had my eye on these for a while. Anyone had these before?

  • +3

Not so smart trying to sell a product after BBD.

    Not associated.

    • "Associated" tag checks out with username.

      • Bravo Porky

    • +3

Why? It will still be perfectly good and it's not past the expiry.

      • +1

        Its just not the "best"

        • -2

We hear you @nerd1 it's why it's super cheap! Still drinking really well.

  • +1

Thanks OP, in case others in WA are wondering delivery is $13.

    • And you can buy 3 cases for the same delivery fee!

    • Where about in WA are you, go you halves in freight maybe? Worth the risk for a single slab.

      • +1

Cheers would’ve been a good idea but my wife has trumped me (she mainly drinks it).

  • +1

Says no shipping available to Tas, even though I have ordered from these guys before.. Bah.

  • Bullshit RRP, no one's paying $90/slab for off-brand 4% lollywater.

    • Thanks @The Judge - RRP's provided by brewery. Cheers

      • +2

Little wonder it's past it's BBD at that price point.

  • They've been trying to flog this off for quite a while now.

    • -1

We have the last of the stock from the brewery who are discontinuing the line. Cheers

Coles and woolies aren't allowed to sell anything past the use by date

    • +4

Best Before and Use By are completely different things.

      • -3

Same shit. I bought some salad leaves and it says best before and the lady took it off me

        • +1

Facepalm. Dig up. Not the same shit. Educate yourself before making yourself look worse. Try using Google even.

        • +3

Hahaha checkout chick is undoubtedly the most reliable source of information. No need to look any further!

    • +2

Coles and woolies aren't allowed to sell anything past the use by date

These aren't past their used by date

      • What's the used by date on them?

        • I've never seen a used by date on alcohol. Perhaps the rep could let us know if these even have a used by date?

    • Your right ive had things taken off me that were one day after the best before date. They dont scan on the self checkout register (locks the register up) and they wont let you have it.

Only seems to be a recentish change with best before dates.

These will still be fine to drink just won't be at their best quality after the bb date depending on date of canning/storage conditions etc.

    So many salty people today
