What is the cheapest ongoing or yearly sim options? It doesn’t need credit it just needs to receive calls/sms.

Ive always wondered if you put down your email and a wrong number, and you are drawn, are you a winner? The email is valid, the number might be you mistakenly putting (say) a 3 instead of a 6 when you hit the keypad.
Sometimes they'll text you with a code or a link, others might email you. So providing a fake number might mean you could be drawn as a winner but you'll miss out since you're not contactable.
A lot of companies use 3rd parties for comps, these 3rd parties would be much wiser around dodgy entries
