Just curious if anyone is living in 2 lot strata and self managing?
I'm in 2 lot strata and doing self manage for year. Horner, now it is formal where you need to register on strata hub, etc.
Looking to get few people together so that we can share the knowledge
I'm not, but a mate of mine was living in a two unit complex a couple of years ago.
At least based on his experience, I would strongly suggest getting a professional manager in. At least that way you have a "third party voice" to advise you on what you should be doing/not going. In the absence of this, it can be little more than a rolling battle, especially if one party gets their nose out of joint on some topic or another.
