can confirm this is a great vacuum - battery life is about 15 mins though and takes quite a while to recharge. consider getting a second battery.

    • Doesn't it say 40mins ? that seems considerably less

      • haha it definitely isn't anywhere near 40 mins!

there are two suction settings, low and high. 15 mins is for the high mode. Low mode is not really good enough to vacuum up stuff.

theres 3 actually, low, medium, high, it always starts on medium when turned on.

      • Only on lowest power can last close to there any higher setting drain battery

Car cleaning must need 2 battery otherwise halfway need to charge again if you not too quick to clean

Every vacuum, even dyson, it is always UP to the run time they state, it is based on the mode and head you are using.

How is this vacuum compared to the Dyson v8?

    Thank you guys!!!

This one is better for carpets, v8 better for hardwood floors

    • stronger the v8, jet 60 is 150AW vs V8 at 115AW.

Jet 70 Complete is more expensive than 60 Pet.
But 70 has bundle deal with Jet station.

    https://www.jbhifi.com.au/products/samsung-jet-70-complete-s…

    • Same kind of deal on good guys

      649 for jet 70 + station
      549 for jet 60 + station

    • Its an additional $100 to get the Jet station as well, which will bring the total up to $649.

Does anyone have experience in this station? Is it worth almost paying double to get the 70 complete + Jet station as opposed to just getting the Jet 60?

I have the station- its definitely not worth $100. I got it for $50 through a student offer and even at that price I think its mediocre value. The concept is good but execution is so poor that it makes it a gimmick.

  • Battery is very expensive than I expected…

  • Will this be an upgrade from a Xiaomi G10?

  • Agree battery is super expensive (around $150 on ebay)! That's a dealbreaker.

  • I've got one of these https://www.electrolux.com.au/vacuum-cleaners/cordless-vacuu…
Which is also 150w and looks quite similar in some parts.

I thought it would be more powerful really. But on my tiles it does work pretty well.

    • Is the battery replaceable?

      • Looks like it. You can have one battery charge in the body and a second one in the station too. Not sure how many it comes with.

  • I have one and it is amazing. Vacuums about half the house. So convenient to use we just vacuum different parts every other day because there is no setup and packdown.

  • nothing beats Viomi A90 for $200 imo.
if you spend less then it's probably rubbish.
and if you spend more then it's diminishing returns and waste of money.
