Hi does anyone know where the best place would be to get an Excalibur food dehydrator?

The only one I could find there was the 5 tray version with no timer?
The trouble I have found with those that only have a few trays (I've used round and square models) is that they don't hold enough - a single piece of fruit when sliced can cover a reasonable area, so can I recommend you go for the 9 tray model?
As an aside, I got a round sunbeam one fairly cheaply, used it once or twice only, because it held next to nothing, and gave it away to a neighbour - didn't realise that you could buy extra trays for them, so was kicking myself when she promptly went out and got some, and made it so much more usable. It would have been nice if she'd told me you could get them before pouncing on the offer so quickly. lol
