Phillips Cashback Offer - Not Accepting eBay Proof of Purchase

Hey all, I recently tried to take advantage of a Phillips cashback offer posted here and purchased a Phillips airfryer from Binglee, via eBay.

Binglee sent the airfryer with no tax invoice attached to the package, so in order to try and redeem the cashback offer, I sent Phillips a copy of my eBay receipt which included everything they requested;

-The retailer
-Date of purchase
-Model number
-Amount paid in full

They are not accepting this and instead are asking for a tax invoice from the retailer.

I have contacted Binglee via eBay two days ago and they are yet to get back to me.

Has anyone else been in this situation before? Does anybody here know how else I can get a tax invoice?

Thanks.

  • Does binglee have an online chat service that you can try?

Binglee will provide a tax invoice, they usually send out AFTER a successful delivery.

I purchased bing lee via ebay for a fujitsu cash back. It was a click and collect and they provided a proper bing lee tax invoice.

I could be crazy but … could you just call them and have them sort it in like… 2 minutes?

This is no place for logic. The idea is to make the process as complex as possible. Thanks for your understanding.

Why would you call them for an immediate solution when you could post the question in a public forum instead? /Sarcasm

  • Contact them again, and get them to email the tax invoice directly to you.
I had to get cashback for my TCL tv, took Binglee 3 times to actually send the tax invoice correctly (via phone and chat).

You have until 24th January 2023 (5pm AEDT) to submit.

  • Walk to a store and ask. They provided me one which I bough from ebay but it was click and collect
