normally these 500g budget berries suck but seems like there's a great batch that's come through - got some the other day 2 for $4 and they were lovely

Very rude staff though! I personally avoid this shop.

    • Think it’s a great place. Never had any issues

I've shopped there multiple times in the past and never had any problems with their staff. It might be a problem with you mate.

  • Can I get delivery?

Shop there a couple of times. Staff and maybe the the owner were very rude. Better go to the fruit shop across the street, albeit smaller but high quality and polite staffs.

Something is very wrong with you. The fruit shop across the street tends to offer cheaper prices, but they tend to send lower quality fruits that are close to spoiling which is why they are cheaper. I've never had an issue with rude staff with either shops either. I just don't find your comment very trustworthy. (disclaimer: I am just a regular shopper in the area, I have no relationship with either shop. Some of these comments are just outright wrong and I can't help but comment)

I don't quite get the point why you are suggesting that "something is very wrong with the customer" when they shared an "unpleasant shopping experience" with the community. And this is the second time you have made such a comment, this brings into question the disclaimer you have noted down.
Let me tell you that I have shopped with these guys for 6 years and I have had a couple of "bad" shopping experiences, though not with the owner.
As to the quality of the products I would not disagree they are quite good, the reason I tend to return.

        • That's because I have never once found them to be rude. I can understand if you're asking one of the staff and they advised you incorrectly, or didn't have an answer to your question that they found the service lacking, but I have never, ever observed them as rude. Which is why it's worthwhile asking those who made the comments to ask themselves why the staff were rude. The issue might be with them instead.

For example, I have a friend who used to work in the women's shoes department for a general, everyday brand. Once in a while, she'd get a young or mature customer come in, and demand that she removes their existing shoe and puts on the shoe they are trying for them. These are perfectly healthy people with no disability, mind you. She would refuse, and as you would expect, a negative review about the shop and the service pops up soon after, which describes completely made up circumstances.

I personally think she's too nice. If a customer sits there asking me to put on a pair of shoes for them, I would probably throw it at their face and ask them to get out.

My point is that sometimes those saying that others are rude… are the problem themselves. But of course, most people with issues won't recognise it themselves. It's like asking a serial killer if there's anything wrong with them,
