How does this model differ to other Bambino's you can buy for less than this on Amazon or Creation Watches?

    • i guess its like taking a girl/guy out on a date. some cost you more than others?

      • orient seems to vary price depending on model?

    • It's a more appropriate dress watch size for people with a slimmer wrist? And Amazon seems to have this model for $365, so it would seem to be a reasonable price too.

Also I certainly like the look of the indices and hands more than some of the previous Bambinos. So personal preference I guess.

This isn't a Bambino nor is it the same colour dial but it seems like a good price -

Orient Symphony 3 Auto, Handwinding & Hacking $191.27 delivered (+$10 off Prime) Camel.

    • great deals, i still prefer the bambino though, if you see the beige dial with blue hands let me know

Somebody bought one & the price jumped up to $300.18. Still one available from Amazon Warehouse for $181.71.

        • Are you Mr. Somebody?

          • @Thrifty Dan: No I'm more of a dive watch guy. Currently wearing my Steeldive SD1970.

            • @WatchNerd: Ah is that similar to the one I sent back (price error Amazon for $85). I discovered I’m not a fan of dive watches. I’m looking for a good price on a Garmin instinct Solar 2 for less than $395. I am often out on emergency rescues and searches but not in the water.

            • @WatchNerd: me 2! its heavy for tiny wrist tho, feels like my hand is gonna break off

That was me. The calibre seemed to match the one in this offer - i.e, above my pay grade, and I needed one to replace an old J Farren Price some mall- store cowboy munted by failing to stick a $5 acrylic lens on properly.

      • if you see the beige dial with blue hands let me know

Do you mean this one - Orient Bambino Version 2 - $257.88 delivered

        • nah, the one i want doesnt have romans. its pretty hard to find below 300

  • Is this a reliable store?

    • +1

Yes, quite reliable - I have purchased from them twice - shipping is very fast. Grey market supplier though, which I guess doesn't matter for watches under maybe $500 AUD.

  • Orient and bambino in the same product name?

  • Looks like a nice watch!

Just note that it is a mineral crystal watch face, so expect it to get scratches over time if used as a daily waych

  • I know the Bambino 38mm is new but damn that is expensive for a Bambino on leather.

The beautiful Gen 4 Bambino 41mm in blue (with a contrast second hand) is just $201 AUD delivered from the same store.
