          Have you tried calling them up? Most providers will let you resign for nothing within 2 - 3 months of expiry. Who are you with?

          My girlfriend resigned with Vodafone for 24 months, with 6 months remaining on her contract, cost $150, not bad for a new phone and 6 months less vodafone!

          no one will let you resign out of a contract for nothing mate. You have to sign a new contract for a new phone with the same company if you want to finish a contract early for free.

    This phone isn't even 2 months old yet..

    If there's one lesson I've learned from OZB is, never buy a Samsung phone within 2 months of release. Same thing happened to the Nexus and probably will happen to S4.

    Get it and enjoy it now, I don't regret getting mine from DSE for $747 since I enjoyed for near 2 mths, great phone…prices will always come down once the hype is dying down with new gadgets …
