  Just posting some history so the community are aware. If you're critical of this store in any way the response isn't very helpfull.

  I posted some quotes from other members in a previous post the rep didn't appreciate so I was accused of being bored & told I should not comment.

  Member @mahdoo said they don't communicate to customers when delays are caused by backordering stock, so the Rep asked if they work for a competitor twice. Another one here.

  But the rep has an amazing attitude & strives for the best to keep everyone happy.

      Would not recommend this retailer unless you're happy to wait a month for delivery. Ordered 11th Feb, received 1 month later after multiple emails and phone calls. Totally non responsive to emails, answered the phone once and said would send - was sent 10 days later.
      Anyone had their order shipped? Been a week now and no movement on my order.
      1 week after the post - Chose express shipping, still waiting
      "FREE SHIPPING - SAME DAY BEFORE 3PM" 10 days later - no orders shipped.
      Same for me, just chased it up and checked the thread here. Last time i ordered i had the exact same "delay". Don't promise what you cant deliver.
      I had a real negative experience with Barber House and vey reluctant to order with them again… placed an order, no update, no response to numerous emails, no return of voicemail..no order received! Only fortunate thing was that I paid with PayPal and they refunded me.
      Haven’t had great experience with these folks. Hopefully those issues have been ironed out
      Yep. Took an age for my order to be delivered. Also delays in responding to email enquiries about its status.
