Is it possible to use teethering on optus pre paid? On iphone or andriod?

Works fine on Android for me, native Optus and resellers (Woolies, Amaysim).

prepaid you cannot on iphone, but you can on android.

Does woolworths allow it on iphone?

Is there any way to overide it on optus pre paid with a iphone? A app or somthing?
