Login to Prezzee from ShopBack

Hello Ozbargainers,

I bought Shopback Swap giftcards and store them on Prezzee. Unfortunately these past two days I cannot login to Prezzee from Shopback because I never receive validation code through SMS. I had contacted Prezzee customer supports, however they did not solve my problem because they only enabled my mobile number on the Prezzee app. I still cannot see my vouchers on Prezzee because I can't receive the SMS validation code on Shopback.

I really regret using Prezzee. Can you please help ?

      Thanks. It's solved — I changed my mobile number on both ShopBack and Prezzee.

    i'm having a similar issue. It keeps saying - ""This gift card was saved under a different account. Try logging in with a different email" - seems to happen only while trying to view an existing gift card already saved in Prezee

    I didn't change any email or phone numbers so finding it very strange

      This was quite a while ago. If I remember correctly, the SMS code went to the spam folder in the Messages app but I wasn't aware of it. You may want to check the "Spam and Blocked" folder if your phone has it. The solution at that time was to change to another mobile number, get the validation code on the new number and after successful login to Preezee I changed my mobile number again to the old one.
