    Top tip..when buying an oral b toothbrush, buy the cheapest lithium ion powered one, the higher models add functionality you dont need.
    Never buy NIMH.

    Source: been using oral b brush heads for 20 years or more

      That's pretty good advice, as long as li-ion.
      Amazing how rubbish the NiMH batteries are after say 4y, doesn't hold much charge and the motor slows down over time (so you won't realise untill you get a new one).

      Just have to ignore the better models/bundles, mostly paying for accessories and gimmicks. The pro 3000 seems like a good one, case is handy and the brush head holder.

      Be aware, Pro 800, and maybe other lower end model, has a lower oscillations/min of 20,000, as compare to Pro 2000's 40,000 oscillations/min.

        Are you sure the Pro 800 is lithium?
        I can't find mention on the AU site, but Amazon says it's NIMH.

          Yeah doesn't say exacly, just *Battery Life: Up to 10 days *
          Li-ion is upto 14 days, so probably not Li-Ion on the cheaper ones
          The smart 4000 or 5000 is a good balance of everything (price, accessories, features)

    Click and collect pick up, 15 minutes before allocated time. Bought to car, correct dual box, too easy.

    They sent me a cancellation email for my click and collect order 9 mins before I was due to collect it. I was already on my way to the store and didn't read email until I'd arrived.
    Total waste of my time and petrol. How can they only realise that stock is not available until the last minute? Don't they reserve stock for items like this once an order is confirmed?
    Coles are a total joke. I'm stick to Woolworths…

      Same, I will always prioritize Woolies moving forward. The cancellation email is also poorly written, not even an apology for causing inconvenience to customers, example of bad customer service.

    Order accepted yesterday, got all the info for delivery today, then an SMS that it had been cancelled. When I asked why they said 'payment issues' then when I asked for details on that they said no its not payment issues, order again. Out of stock by then. Asking them to honour the deal still lol.
