Best Use of The Woolworths 10% off Discount for a Coles Household?

We are two adults and two cats who live within walking distance to a Coles and driving distance to a Woolies.

We also have a small fridge and a poor ability to plan so do most of our shopping over a few smaller trips a week. We also use Amazon with gift cards for S&S discounts on non-perishables like laundry detergent, long life products, toilet paper etc. Pet stuff comes from petcircle et al.

We've both recently switched over to Woolworths mobile and so we now have 2x 10% off for in-store shops and 2x 10% off for online orders per month.

What's the best way to take advantage of these discounts other than just suck it up, buy a bigger fridge, and make a shopping list?

  • Are you using the 5% off gift cards.

Also i'm waiting for the market for data gifting for woolworth mobile to come alive.

Belong already has a healthy market - for data. Can't find any for woolies.

    • Yeah we are using 4% off gift cards at Coles and Woolies.

I think there have been some people selling Woolies data on the forums here.

  • Would think a bigger fridge is the go here, you can stock on meat and chicken which can quickly add up on your total (obviously not all the time). Best feeling when you can save $15 on a $150 shop, which cuts your mobile bill effectively in half or more.

Better off with each family member having their own card and waiting for the email deals to roll in.

Does Woolies still give 1x online and 1x in store per card? I thought that loophole closed

still works, just used it couple days ago

Remember to use it online before in store.

      • Ahh so they have partially fixed it, if you do in-store first then online wont work

  • Check their 1/2 price deals each week on the website., shop those and use your 10% off on top of that.
