One of our customer bought two butterfly design wall clocks from us on 21st April, but the hands of the clocks were damaged when he received the package, according to the feedback from him.
Honestly speaking, the hands are made of flexible metal and they're packed not so properly, they're easy to be damaged during the long shipment, we feel so sorry for these stupid mistakes we had made. In that case, we contacted him and resent a package via EMS immediately, of course, we covered all the expenses.
Finally, he recieved the new package, and the new products are excellent without any damage this time. At this point, we wanna express deep appreciation on him, thanks for his patience and support on us.
