I have the XXL and I don't use it. I find the "stitching" around the edges to be really rough and unpleasant on my arm. It might be a sensory thing but I thought I'd mention it for anyone else in the same situation.
I didn't really have an issue (I don't lean too hard in) but last time I read one of these type of comments, and now it bothers me too :/

I had one of these and it was terrible. The backing has no grip whatsoever and it just slides around all over the table. Tried double sided tape to hold it down, but even that wouldn't grip. I'd advise avoiding due to the frustration it will cause.
