Just got this email from Kathmandu, Pitt street store is closing down and they are doing a 40% off to clear out items. It is just for the one location not at all stores.

They should all close down, overpriced poor quality garbage.
True about being overpriced, but with 40-50% off some items are great value for money. I have one rain jacket and one soft shell, and I (profanity) love them.

I went and looked. There is no shoes and hardly any male jackets but everything else is there like backpacks, camping gear etc.
Most of the stuff doesn't seem really worth it from 40% off full price but I don't really hike and stuff so no idea what the cost is really worth.
They did have some clearance stuff which I think isn't too bad, so I bought a soft 100% merino wool shirt for $30 to lounge around in.
