Small Divers Watch

Hi Guys, new to the watch game and I'm looking for a small divers watch about 38mm or there abouts since I have small wrists. Looking for something which i'll put a rubber/silicone watch band on. Budget is up to $600 or so but the less the merrier.

Seiko Prospex have a few. Look at the usual starbuy, shiels, watch depot etc.

Keep in mind the band is generally thicker.

btw, everything seiko is "limited edition" so dont overthink it.

Search listings on CreationWatches (Grey Market dealer in SG shipped via DHL to Australia - excellent prices) for Seiko/Citizen/Orient Diver's Watches, Automatic or Solar Powered (each has advantages), with at least 100M water resistance, and already sorted by price for you.

Edit: their photos are rubbish so if you find a interesting one be sure to look up the model number on Google lol

  • Thanks for the replies, only problem is starbuy/creation watches etc don't have case size filter which makes finding small ones pretty hard.

    • Have you actually physically gone to a watch shop to try them on? IMO diver watches appear smaller than they are due to the small dial.

A 38mm diver is quite hard to find - you might be restricted to Seiko Prospex Solar like Davo mentioned, e.g. SNE569P, SNE571P, SNE573P, SNE575P

Yeah good call, ended up trying them on and 42mm didn't look out of place on my 6.4" wrist. I ended up buying a SPB143J.

        • It's a beauty, enjoy! Damage much higher than $600 though haha

    What are we talking, 5’2”?

    • About 6.3-6.4" but my wrist is pretty flat. Also not sure if this is common but some days depending how much I eat/if I've worked out the day before my current watch band will noticeably get looser.

Beat me to it lol. I was going to link to your post and tell OP to "checkout what WatchNerd just posted".

  • Baby Tuna: https://www.shiels.com.au/seiko-prospex-sut403p-mini-tuna-so…

I reallly like the very dark navy paired with the goldish elements. It's also a legit diver and has a silicone strap. Seiko's straps are quite nice and soft now, compared to the stiff plastic of years past. Also well under your budget, and there's $20 off first order with signup

    • Extra 8% off* with code LUNAR8 showing in the banner. By "extra" I assume you can use it on already discounted watches.

Or $20 off with first time sign up.
