My favourite is the kimchi variant, which is also discounted to $5 at Coles

if you're not adding egg, garlic, and kewpie then you're doing yourself a disservice.

When do you add the mayo , never tried it

you beat the egg, mayo, garlic (i use from a jar but fresh is better) and seasoning packs together then add to the noodles. it's good!

Thanks for sharing this. Will surely try soon. I usually do it in conservative way: add egg while boiling the noodle+seasoning.

I like soup so I just add it in the end on top of the noodle, okonomiyaki style

Add egg after you take noodles out of the broth. Stops it sticking to the noodles

The MSG is what makes it good

The king of flavour.

Usually cheaper from a korean grocery store imho

My local Asian grocery store has these for ~$5.

It's a deal. Buy them, store them and eat them in winter or on cold days to avoid burning your tongue!

These are good for snack when watching movie. Just crush and eat.
