    Contacted Budget Pet Products on Live Chat, since they emailed last night to say the order had an issue and needs adjustment.
    The rep said that they will create a ticket for the Accounts team to contact me by email. They wouldn't discuss any further, couldn't resolve on the Live Chat.

    So, terms of that voucher state,
    'not valid with any other offer'.
    Also only on kitten, puppy or junior range.And 1 voucher per household/person.
    Doesnt matter how many bags.

    Fairly sure what people ordered did not meet all of those requirements.

    So rules out stacking codes and if a person bought from the adult range etc.

    Wonder what the other codes terms state.

    Emailed Budget Pet Products asking for the allowable maximum discount.
    The original cost was $363.20 with the 75% discount I paid $90.80 and was asked to pay an additional $90. So basically ended up getting 50%

    they ended up only doing 50% for the order that I made which were around 70-80% off
    They kept the 55% off order that I made originally.
    All my orders have been shipped and the excess payment refunded.

    Made 3 orders which all ended up with around 50% off and all have been shipped…still a great deal but maybe not up there with the "deal of the year" status

      I'd be happy at that for sure, but we are stuck in a back and forth loop where everything adds up but they keep missing the part that I have already paid an amount.

        uh ok, I just reduced the amount so they owed me money. but I'm certain that they did not apply all the coupons as I think they maxed it out at 50%. so just have to add your order up to the original total, and take 50% away and that should be the ballpark of the new amount you either owe or they owe you if under the max discount of $55 (if all royal canine food)

        Made all my orders stay under $200 so was easier to make sure to see if they applied the full amount

            @Imjustsayin: Yeah we're also in a loop of me showing my working out on Live Chat to calculate what the various discounts and order totals should be, and then them emailing the next day with different numbers asking for more money, applying less discount and not showing how they worked it out.

    Ended up with a 43% discount after Live Chat and email revision of the order. Not clear how they got their numbers but I couldn't be bothered to keep arguing. Still a deal, albeit not the steal that the 80% off would have been!

    Order dispatched! Happy days.. Worked out to just over 60% discount.

    Not sure if this threshold contributed to mine going through or if I was just lucky to get in early enough.

    Fair play to BPP, I'll be using them more often when prices are similar to competitors.

    Coupon works but I am getting charged shipping of $15-19 for 9kg dog food. For items posted within metro over $49 order.
    Am i doing something wrong?

      The appear to have some weird boundaries with what is free shipping. My address is on the fringes on Melbourne but isn't free shipping. But 10 mins closer to the city is free shipping. Might be where you are. I just got it shipped free to a familys house instead.

        Promo works on postcode but then soon as i type in address because it forces me to sign in it automatically adds the shipping of $18. Tried two different post codes same thing happens, both in metro/cbd area

        Edited to add: only first promo code works 25% off. PO BOX add on delivery, that was my issue.

          You have to choose Aramex and it has to be a residential address. no po boxes, or parcel lockers.
