The Good Guys $20 Concierge Going to Wallet Now. No Notification I Have Even Received Them

anyone else know if you are supposed to get any sort of notification about the concierge credits now that they are going to wallet? I just checked my wallet as I hadn't received anything since I changed it over, and it turns out there was one in there that expires 29th Jan (so must have been there for a while if only 6 days left on it)….I had no idea it was there, only checked as they have an after dark 10% off campaign running tonight and the $20 used to be sent via sms (or email) so we knew we had one (usually in conjunction with a 10% off deal either the Thu or a Monday night.)
Very annoying that I don't even know I have received one now unless I constantly check the wallet app.

  • I got an email mine was in my inbox wallet.

  • I'll have to contact them then, as I received nothing. It was a pain even setting up the storecash in the wallet, for ages it wouldn't work, and they weren't really much help. After a month or so I tried it again (for the 10th time lol) and it finally worked. Before you changed to the wallet did you get your voucher code via email or sms? Just seeing if they might send it via the same method as was used previously. I used to get mine via sms.

  • Receiving the $20 requires this wallet app now?

    • only if you opted in to have it go to the wallet instead of on an sms or email. They are supposed to be valid longer then the 5 days previously, however because I didn't know it was there, I don't know when I got it. There was only 6 days left on it anyway, but I used it tonight, luckily I checked the wallet

  • +1

I've gotten 0 credits done I bought it 2 years ago. I emailed last year and they sent me a lump sum of $60 and told me some BS for needing to opt in to marketing to receive it. Now waiting for longer to get a bigger lump sum. I never got any emails about setting up a wallet

    • try not to leave it longer than a year otherwise you will miss out on some. You get $60 total per year, so you have already lost some of the credits. I bought it for my daughter in her name for a fridge she bought years ago as I wanted the extended warranty for her, and the vouchers for me….she never told me she was receiving the sms of the credits, and I missed out on a whole year's worth…she thought they were spam lol
