That looks a bit different. I guess we all are…

Looks a bit homosexual. Would suit a leather outfit with some chains on

What's with all the G-Shock posts lately? It was my favourite watch until it died after 10 years (their 10-year battery life was true but the actual screen died lol ).
Given how useful a mi band is, it is such a challenge to wear both if you use wrist notifications a lot and other basics quick access items (not a true smartwatch).

  • I've seen Invicta's that look like this. And the diameter is actually smaller @50mm lol.

  • Personally wouldnt pay this much for a Casio.

  • Wow… Very expensive G-Shock… I shocked…

  • I know this is local stock but it looks like you can get these from $500 from Masters in Time or $520 (+ shipping i think) from Sakura.

Slight difference in the prefixes but same G Steel model it seems. RRP $899 was never a real price from an Ozbargain perspective.

Really wondering how many they produced and sold, especially at that price point. Fail to see who the audience would be.
Weekend watch? Probably not at $500+

  • Was way cheaper on starbuy

    • The closest I could see - G-Shock Solar GSTB400GB-1A9 $499.00 delivered

Not sure whether that is a better model.

      • Same no?

        • GSTB400GB has carbon core case structure underneath the steel part

      • It was 399 over the weekend

      • While that one thanks to it's black bezel looks a bit better than the GSTB100GB-1A9 in this post.
I still don't like the black and gold aesthetic.

For example the all silver steel model (with steel band) version of the GST-B100D in this deal looks so much better.

Also not a fan of that propeller design dial. Terrible IMO lol.

  • Even as Casio/G-shock fan, I have to say this is the starting point where G-shock's get too expensive and gaudy.
But if you love the look buy it, because that means Casio will continue to keep making great watches for the common man.
From a quick read on reddit, seems like this watch is popular among law enforcement (in the US I think).

Also this particular $600 model has a resin case and metal bezel. Not the materials you would expect for the price if you ask me.

  • Gold member…..yeah baby….yeeeeeeeeeeeeeah!
    Oh behaaaaaaaaave!!
