        Ive had these before. narrow heel cup, otherwise true to size.

  For anyone who is buying these because they like barefoot shoes, note that these "new" trail gloves are much more supportive than the older versions. Reviews are mixed as some people want more support and others don't. I really enjoyed the older models, and decided to try these knowing they were not really the same. I wore them for a week and gave them away. If you're after true barefoot shoes, and enjoyed the old trail gloves, I'd recommend checking out Wildling Shoes out of Germany. I've been wearing them for the past year or so and love them.
