To be fair, I don't know much about watches. But this does appear to be the cheapest price around for this model.

      after seeing your post, I had a look at starbuy. That green dial version was 299. They dropped their price.

  i don't think the bezel moves on this one. also, citizen are all over the place with the numbers on the dial and bezel
