    • +17

      Yeah, from Japan is better.

      • Also costs more

  • +2

Not available in my local stores, check three different locations. Can you share which stores have the stocks, please?

  • +9

If only we can get the many varieties of kitkat in japan here.

    • +6

we have many varieties of tim tams

      • +11

        Yeah not the same.

          • +4

@CptnObvious: I prefer TimTams, Kitkats in Aus are way too sweet for my liking.

          • +4

            @CptnObvious: Yeah nah you're wrong.

              @smartazz104: Kit kat
              Tim tam
Both are named on the same rhythm, marketed on designer flavours and sweet as f. They are the same.

There is a kitkat online store where you can get some rarer varieties (https://www.kitkat.com.au/pick-and-mix), but nothing like Japan.

There used to be boutique stores in Sydney and Melbourne that had a much larger variety but it looks like they have closed permanently now.

I guess 2 people think they know better? Go ahead and import some and see how much you can sell.

One time I found kit kats in Japan that you were supposed to bake in the oven. I really should have tried that but instead ate them regular.

  • saw this but didn't get it, is it good, as it didn't look like it would taste good….Kitkat is my favorite

If you like matcha/green tea then yes.

    • +10

      Green tea icecream is excellent

    • +14

Millions disagree with you, global market is huge

      • +2

        You're too kind. I think it's Billions

    • +3

Green tea flavoured anything is just bad

I think you never try the real good one.

    • L take

    • Sometimes when you think its matcha, it's usually lesd than 5%

  • +1

    WTF

  • OOS online in my area :(

  • +5

    Thank you very matcha!

  • OMG Japanese KitKat coming to boring Australia! Good on them for finally importing these

    • +6

Made in Malayasia apparently, not the same as the Japanese ones.

      • +2

the choc would be formulated for a tropical climate.

what i don't understand is why the blueberry flavour isn't supplied locally in any english speaking counttry when that seems to be the most popular.

Japanese KitKat has been available in Australia for years. Daiso and Asian groceries stock them, so it's barely even uncommon.

      • Daiso and Asian groceries stock them, so it's barely even uncommon.

        How much from Daiso?

        • Don't quote me on this, but I think when I bought it last it was around 10 bucks or within that range.

  • +1

Umm brought to you by the company who refuses to address slavery in their supply chain.

    A lot of place OOS.

  • +1

They include the serving size on the wrapping.

Can anyone guess what the serving size is?

    • +2

I was looking for the directions. Couldn’t find any, so I opened one packet and arranged it in a line of powder on my coffee table. So far, so good. Anyway, I had to snort all eight packets before I started seeing KitKats, so I assume the serving size is yes

    • 17 grams x 8 kit kats = 136g

  • -2

This flavor should be illegal brrrrrrrrrrr

Buy before from Coles, these are made in China from licensed fab line and taste……🤮🤮🤮

Got a pack of the Strawberry ones as well which is made in Japan (yes Coles do sell them) and that was the best Kitkat I had.

    • Yeah kitkat big in japan apparently.

Think I saw a video where they have dedicated "Kitkat shops" in shopping centres and you can watch them make them in the back through the glass. I assume made in Japan ones are on a whole nother level.

I guess you'd never tasted good quality Kitkat, poor thing, should go to Japan.

      • I don't eat Kitkat when I am in Japan. Save the space for Waygu beef and snow crab.

    • Sounds like true sinkie loser, mate

  • Last time they were half-price it was less than a week out from expiry and they tasted stale. Best check best befores people.

  • Japan has 1000 flavours of Kit Kat. Australian imports…………..Just green tea or Macha………..THAT'S THE RULES!! FFS bring in something that has some taste!

    • Australia is the arse end of the world. If you want real culture, you’ll have to stop taking it up the Australian Rules

  • The sake kitkat is pretty nice too actually

  • I got this. I found it better than thd royce brand version of the kitkat. It is quite still a pricey snack even with discount
