We only make this wine as it's Bec's favorite variety and we need it for home drinking! The fruit is sourced from a friend's vineyard in the Auburn sub-region of Australia's best Riesling region, Clare Valley.

Story: A classic example of Riesling from the Clare Valley – clean, fresh, and vibrant.

Nose: The nose offers delicate floral and citrus aromas, including notes of lemon and lime.

Palate: The palate is crisp with lime and citrus blossom.

Food pairings: Try this Riesling with a lemongrass chicken and vermicelli noodle salad.

        any thoughts on when the 2023 Rose will launch? Got a couple of bottles for 'guests'' from a deal last year and we ended up enjoying them ourselves, and regretting not stocking up when it was still available!

        Looking forward to a birthday lunch at the restaurant on the 18th Feb with my Dad, we also have a gift voucher to spend :)

          Hey Paul @psmedley. Will be a single-vineyard Blewitt Springs Shirax Rose this year from our new Lot94 Vineyard. Despite increasing the production year-on-year, we're not able to keep up with production at the moment, so you'll be unlikely to see it on here. Similar story with the Pinot Noir. As always with the www.wineshedsale.com.au when you see it grab it as they can come and go quite quickly and may not return!

    Get some Sangiovese in the vineyard. We make sparkling out of ours and it everyone loves it. Just a hobby for us though.
