  • How long did it take to receive the scarf?

  • I signed up on Saturday 18th March, still haven't received the Kayo code, Monday 20th.

    • Check spam folder otherwise email them

    • They screwed my kayo code up and I had to chase it up with them via email

  • Anyone having isses with the code? They suggested typing it rather than copy pasting it into the text box, but still doesnt work for me.

  • I haven't seen any info on the scarf yet.
    Bought 9 March, so should be in the group that includes it.

    Not a Bulldogs supporter but I have a work function (versus Port Pear) that I am happy to put on the colours for!

    • They might have changed the scarf inclusion before 9th. It was only edited on 17th but happened before that.

      • Possibly, but when I contacted them, they told me

        "That pack will arrive in 1-2 weeks."

        "..you will receive a text message with the tracking number."

        That was 4 weeks ago and I'm yet to receive the tracking number, let alone a package.
        I similarly have not received the $20 voucher that replaced the scarfe.

  • I've applied the code to my Kayo account, received an email about being upgraded to 'basic' and have now been charged $30 twice over two months, even after Kayo customer support informed me that I would no longer be charged and they could see the voucher had been applied.
    Has anyone else had this issue? I've been in constant contact with customer support at Kayo, and with The digital afl team and each one tries to bump the issue off to the other.

    Scarfe update:

    I purchased two WB digital memberships a few days apart in 2nd week of March.

    For membership 1, I received a physical welcome pack consisting of a Scarfe, members card and lanyard. For membership I didn't receive anything. I wrote an email today asking about it and was provided the following (keep in mind, I ordered in Feb 2023):

    Thanks for the email.

    We have moved the KAYO packs to be providing $20 shop voucher instead of the packs. I do apologize for the confusion. Below is the $20 shop voucher code.

  • For anyone who's bought this recently, could you confirm the expiry of the code you were sent (i.e. is it 12 months from the day you buy it)?

    • Bought the Essendon one a few weeks ago. It is 12 months from redemption - so whenever you activate the code

          Sorry misunderstood the question. The T&C’s have “Your 2023 AFL Club Digital Membership Kayo subscription must be redeemed before 30 Nov 2023.” Hope this helps

  • I signed up for this with North Melbourne back in May. I just received an email to renew my membership for 2024. The renewal is set to happen mid next month. There is no link in the email to cancel the membership. I logged into the membership portal and can’t see a way to cancel in there either. There is an option to stop the auto payment process, which I have done. Does anyone know how to completely cancel this membership?
