Rage RRP on the AU steam store is US$90, but only US$30 on the US store. But the 'flash sale' on right now (until ~1am 23 July) is 66% off the US pricing (rather than the Australian), so you can get it for US$10.19 without the need for using a US proxy etc. Technically a pricing error I suppose.
I managed to run all the way through checkout and gift the game to someone using my Australian card (which is usually rejected by the US steam store) so it's definitely working through the Australian store (right now, at least).
