Fellow Ode Coffee Grinder v1 or v1.1

I recently received the Fellow Grinder, and I have a question regarding the burr installed in the grinder.
Before I made my order, I reached out to the seller to confirm the burr version and was told it was v1.1.
However, upon receiving the grinder, I noticed it was produced in Q4 2020, not the v1.1 burr version as stated in my order.
I have information that the Fellow Grinder made after Q1 2021 should come with v1.1 burrs.

Is there any way to check which version of the burr installed in my grinder?
Additionally, I'm curious as to why I received a grinder produced in 2020 in 2023.

By the way, I chose to order v1.1 over v2.0 because it has not been released yet, and the price of v2.0 seemed steep.

  2.0 has been released.

  Get 2.0, it's much better regardless.

    Doesn't seem to be available in Australia yet. Both Alternative Brewing and CoffeeParts still has it as preorder.

      ah right, i had the gen 1 and ordered the gen 2 burrs and assumed it was available.

      the burrs alone are worth the upgrade

  I'm pretty sure there's only one version of that burr. As stated on their website

  At this time, Ode Brew Grinder (Gen 1) is preinstalled with either:

  Standard Brew Burrs (sometimes referred to as v1.0/1.1, Gen 1)

  I'm reading this as they're all the same burr.

  edit. I would advise you to buy the v2 burrs and aligning the grinder also. I'm currently using a v1 ode with v2 burrs and stepless mod for v60 filter.
