If you ever pay full price for these awesome products then you're doing it wrong. There is nearly always a sale on or one just around the corner.

  • Mmm, nanolicious!

  • what here would be equivalent to Eagle One - Wax as you dry? that stuff is impossible to get anymore.

    • Lazy wax but you could upgrade to a more durable spray sealant such as bead machine.
Other option would be wet dreams /happy ending (foam cannon required) which are spray on wet vehicle and rinse straight off.

      • On my new car, I've done a good hand wax.
        Meguiars Ultimate Wax.
Then bead machine over top each time after a couple washes.
Now at the maintenance wash with the Happy Ending spray on/hose off.
Use Wet Dreams on the alloy rims after a thorough clean, by second wash/second coat, sort just rinses straight off them.

I just bought the Bowden Lazy Wax spray when SCA had a 30% off select products last week, (yet to use.)

    • Mix any wax with a little bit of water then dip and rinse your chamois/drying cloth in it every now and then while normal drying off using said chamois.

Or just before drying, smear and mix a small amount of wax onto the wet surface with your hands here and there, then dry off normally.

Works a treat without the elbow grease.

  • Great timing. Not the lowest price ever but super convenient on a Saturday morning when I needed the motivation to do something.

The 2 litre nanolicious wash has been 30% off on the Supercheap eBay this week.

I got one on a plus account with free delivery and a further $5 off was a good deal. It's still on sale.

  • I already have the OzB stock-standard, big green sucker, snow job/yellow snow and the cannon.

What's the next step to delve into?

      • would their cannon be an upgrade to Karcher one? I have it with my basic k2. I mean it foams alright, how better it could be?

        • I had the dryers in mind with that suggestion, not the pressure cleaner. K2 is fine, it’s what I have.

Repco don't seem to have the normal Buddi. :-(

May be able to settle with a Buddi Jr for $99 as I mainly only use the bike now anyway..

        Hmm…

Edit: Last month the Jr was $80 and the Mini at $185. I might keep a lookout for these in the future, thanks for the suggestion!

Do you recommend any of the Bowdens liquids to step up my game in the meantime?

          SCA Ebay deal?

I grabbed the BogBoi Mini for $185….
Better than the Ryobi one+ garden blower I had been using

Those prices were due to an ebay coupon glitch, you might never see that ever again.

Bowdens Own Happy Ending is popular to use after washing, you can apply it with the foam cannon. Helps with water beading.

          • @Pecan: Yeah, I should have used that coupon glitch to upgrade my pressure washer at the same time….

  • I got the Red Passion bucket a couple of weeks back. Down from $157 to $95. Great starter kit. Still on sale at Repco.

  • Is it worth buying a snow cannon and Bunnings brand pressure washer or can I get the same result with a bucket and sponge?

    • Get a Gerni over a Karcher, less plastic in the Gerni. Ive had same Gerni for 15 years, the only problem is the standard wand which will split. But you send it to Gerni and they may send you a pro version. Pro version never splits. As for snow cannon, get one, great to apply snow to the car first, leave it for 20 minutes or so and let it dump all the muck on your driveway, then Gerni off the residue and then you can start to clean your car.
Snow is awseome, I like the Mint foam but AutoGlym is also good. Never tried Bowdens.
